Last weekend, I had an incredible experience DJing at Corvettes & Coffee SD — a car meet full of passionate Corvette enthusiasts and high-energy vibes. While setting up my gear, I took some time to interview a few of the drivers, asking about their car specs, how they got into Corvettes, and how they discovered the club.
It was amazing to learn more about the people behind the cars. Every conversation gave me a deeper appreciation for their passion, and in turn, they got to know me as a DJ and music producer. These small interactions make each event more personal and memorable — it’s not just about the cars or the music, but about the connection with the community.
The highlight of the day came when I performed one of my songs, “Mental Journey”, live for the first time at the meet. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous at first. But the moment the microphone was in my hand and the beat dropped, my nerves melted away, and I found my zone. Performing live in front of a crowd of Corvette enthusiasts was exhilarating. People were vibing with the music, and a lot of them came up afterward to tell me they really enjoyed it — which was an amazing feeling.
Moments like this remind me why I do what I do. DJing and performing live allows me to share my music directly with people and connect in real time.
